Data Deletion Guide
We respect your privacy. Find step-by-step instructions on how to permanently erase your account, active sessions, and all project data below.
Warning: Account Deletion is Permanent!
Proceeding with account deletion will permanently wipe all personal profile details, shared and personal project sheets, logged expenses, recurring bill configurations, custom categories, and memberships. This action is irreversible.
Deleting Data via the Web Application
Step 1: Open Settings
Log into your account at the web portal, and navigate to the Settings link in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Choose Delete Account
Scroll down in the settings panel to the Danger Zone, and select the Delete Account tab.
Step 3: Permanent Authorization
Review the warning popup and confirm your choice. Once you click Permanently Delete, the server will instantly erase all active session tokens, clear all projects, and wipe your database entries.
Deleting Data via the iOS / Android Mobile App
Step 1: Navigate to settings screen
Launch the application on your device. From the main tab-bar at the bottom, tap the Settings tab.
Step 2: Choose Delete Account
Find the list item labeled Delete Account (marked with a red icon) and tap it.
Step 3: Review and Confirm
An account erasure screen will open. Read the data consequences. Tap the red Permanently Delete button, confirm the double-prompt, and all cloud records along with your local storage cache will be completely cleared.
